How to Cope With Anxiety and Depression
Analyse your feelings and thoughts – Spend time with yourself and enjoy your own company Here we need to understand that we should have to know our right feelings and thoughts. You can write in your diary or you can talk to yourself ask yourself and clear your doubts from yourself. It is sound filmy or mad but by doing this activity you can clear it. Accept the things try to forget yourself and learn from mistakes and move on ASAP.
Pleasant Events –
During this kind of period people are avoiding going anywhere they are not giving themselves permission for that butDon’t wait to come in your mood. Try to attend events and function whether your mood is good or not because once you visit the event or anywhere your feeling and mood can change in a positive way and it happens when you try to keep your attitude positive and try to be grateful and being thankful.
Set your goals – Try to remember your goals and work on them. You need to understand here that comparison to your peers or with someone is not good. Always try to be the best version of yourself. Try to set small goals and after achieving give a treat or do something special like you can eat ice cream or chocolate also you can eat or what you want.
Also when you are not achieving your goals you can think about that why you are not achieving them and which things are distracting you and then try to solve or find the solution rather than regretting or thinking I am worthless. I am not achieving my today target I can’t do that etc. In this situation try to think less and take action more by doing a study or practising it.
Stay active – As we all suffer these things in our life at least once times so we all know that during this period we become lazy or don’t want to participate more in different activities but try to participate in activities that you can enjoy and that make you feel good about ourselves. Enjoy social interaction and caring relationships, which can overcome your worries.
Also, sleep well and focus on your diet as well. Sleeping on time and eating as well these little things affect more.
Avoid alcohol or drug use – Don’t make any bad habits and don’t allow yourself for that also don’t take alcohol and drug, using drugs or alcohol can cause or worsen anxiety. If you are addicted to these substances, quitting can make you anxious. If you can’t quit on your own, or find support from a group or friend to help you.
Get help early – You can take help from a trustworthy person you have to believe that person only can understand your problems and help to come out that feelings or situation Anxiety, like many other mental health conditions, can be harder to treat if you wait.
Conclusion-
There is nothing impossible for those who will try. So always try to do and don’t expect more from anyone or anything. Don’t worry about something much that you are going through depression because if there is a problem so it is also having a solution to focus on the solution, not the problem.
